Self-Care for Caregivers Class

Service Description

Caring for others can be a challenge. This class offers practical mindful based solutions to incorporate self-care for those that care for others. Are you a nurse, teacher, daycare provider, work in hospice or care for a loved one? This is the perfect class for you. New parents and support persons are also encouraged. This class is delivered by a trained mental health provider.
