Peer To Peer Support

Looking for support from someone who understands what you're going through? Our peer-to-peer mentorship program offers a unique and effective approach for mommies experiencing PMAD symptoms. Our peer mentors, who have been there themselves, offer a safe and comfortable space to talk, share, and learn evidence-based techniques for coping with PMAD. It's less formal than counseling, but just as effective, offering a supportive and understanding ear. Plus, our peer mentors are trained counselors, ensuring you receive the highest quality care. Book now and experience the value of peer support for yourself.

Peer Mentorship Packages

  • Gold Package: $300

    • 4 weeks (1 month) of confidential peer mentorship.

  • Diamond Package: $1850

    • 12 weeks (3 months) of confidential peer mentorship.

What you can expect:

  • Your peer will make weekly connections with you, contacting you by phone, email, text, or video call.

  • Contact can be scheduled or random, based on your preferences and best communication methods.

  • Activities can range from cooking together, going for walks, meal prepping, visiting the park, or enjoying a coffee shop.

  • Weekly contact sessions can be 30-60 minutes long, with the option to add additional weeks to your package.

Parenthood is a beautiful journey. There are so many emotions that come up. This service is offered to determine if the postpartum package is a good fit for your family. The New Parent assessment is used to discuss needs or concerns one may have before, during or after childbirth. This service is for any caregiver. New Parent
sessions are 30 minutes.

Initial New Client Intake $120

Our first session is a bit longer to help get a big picture
understanding, to create your unique plan.

Individual Therapy Session $80

Group Therapy Session

Often referred to as talk therapy or Psychotherapy. During this process the client
is one on -one with a trained mental health provider. The client is in a caring, safe
non -judgment environment to discuss presenting concerns.

Groups are held to offer support and education about a particular topic. Sometimes people are struggling in similar areas. Group is designed to be informative and thought provoking. Feel free to participate and always expect to learn something new.
